By the end of the session you will have a framework to follow to

formulate the problem you are trying to solve;
get an understanding how to use user research in your work;
compare solutions and have a framework to evaluate if solution solves the problem;
design MVP to test the hypothesis

We will have a discussion on your career path and plans of future career development.

what is the strategy that will work specifically for you to get to where you want to be;
what practical steps to take to get to your goal;

Preparation to Product interviews

I can help you with preparation to interviews. We will discuss how to present your experience and what examples and questions to prepare. After the session you will leave with a set of practical tips for preparation and handling of interviews.

Platform product management

We will discuss strategies and approaches to platform product management. I will use a mix of coaching and mentoring.

By the end of the session you will be able to: -

articulate when do you need platforms;
have a framework how to product strategy incl. definition of success;
address such topics as team formation; processes; iterative development;

Product leadership

Building ML driven product

I will combine coaching and mentoring to support you when you decide to build ML driven product.

Product management

We will discuss any questions connected to the job and responsibilities of a Product manager. I will provide you coaching support in relation to a specific situation or to more general challenges. By the end of the session you will have a few specific action points to follow-up to progress on the challenges we discuss in the session.

We meet for a 30 min session to make introductions, discuss your goals and make plan for the mentoring sessions
