Training Our Courage Muscle

We all have big goals, and often we believe we need immense courage to achieve something significant. However, starting with small, courageous steps every day can help train our "courage muscle" 💪 and alleviate the stress of big achievements.
I was reminded of this approach when I:
🎉 Reached out to people to join an after-work event I was organising (it turned out great!)
🎤 Applied to speak at a conference I found interesting (I wasn’t accepted, but I tried!)
💡 Posted my ideas on LinkedIn.
Taking a small step in situations that feel slightly uncomfortable can make a big difference. 🧗♂️
