Walking while talking is a fun and relaxed way to have meetings that doesn't sacrifice productivity. In fact, it offers several benefits, including:
A boost in creativity and idea generation
A break from sitting at your desk
Fresh air and an opportunity to regain energy
Improved cognitive performance
A time-efficient way to exercise
Make it a habit to take meetings while walking and encourage your colleagues to do the same. You can easily do it in person or over the phone. Just write down notes afterwards or record your meeting.
How often do you walk and talk? I try to do it at least once a week!
